Job Description: '1. Operation and maintenance support • Assist PRPC UF instrument engineers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation. • Involve in root cause analysis (RCA) session and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Support PRC UF Instrument engineers in monitoring instrument performance and integrity using diagnostic tools (e.g., PRM, AMS, ValveLink). • Support preventive maintenance (PM/PPM) and predictive maintenance strategies. 2. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management • Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessment, and risk assessments. • Support instrument engineers in ensuring instrumentation design meets functional safety requirements (SIS, SIL verification). • Maintain compliance with plant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Involve in instrument shutdown/turnaround (TA) team activities. 3. Documentation & Reporting • Support PRPC UF Instrument engineers in maintaining accurate engineering records. • Assist in preparing technical reports, procedures, and Job Method Statements (JMS).

Responsibilities

Provide operation and maintenance support for field instrumentation, including troubleshooting and reliability improvements. Assist in safety assessments, compliance monitoring, and the preparation of technical engineering documentation.
