* Identify and investigate escalated dispute for PETRONAS Gift Card cases, if any, perform analysis prior to providing first level resolutions including performing adjustment and chargeback within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) to respective stakeholders to fulfill customer’s satisfaction. * Assist in processing PETRONAS Gift Card orders from customers. * Experience in onboarding new PETRONAS Gift Card Platform.

Responsibilities

The intern will handle PETRONAS Gift Card dispute resolutions, order processing, and platform onboarding. Additionally, they will support various departments through research, data capture, and attending meetings.
