Description

1- Chartering & Commercial Support a- Assist chartering executives in daily chartering activities for liquid cargoes b- Support preparation and updating of voyage estimates, TCE calculations, and cost summaries c- Assist in maintaining vessel positions lists and cargo schedules 2- Data & Documentation a- Maintain and update chartering databases, freight records, and deal trackers b- Support preparation of recap drafts, fixture summaries, and internal reports c- Assist with documentation checks related to charters (e.g. charter parties, voyage details) 3- Coordination & Communication a- Liaise internally with operations, finance, and commercial teams for data alignment b- Assist in coordination with brokers, agents, and external stakeholders where required c- Support follow-up on fixture-related communications 4- General Support a- Participate in team meetings and discussions b- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by chartering team members c- Ensure all work complies with company policies and HSSE requirements

Responsibilities
