Description

By the end of the internship at Facilities Engineering Services (DFSV) section, the intern is expected to: 1. To support Governance and Assurance deliverables under DFSV. 2. Develop or enhance at least one Power BI governance dashboard. 3. Establish a prototype PCA database for Upstream projects. 4. Implement selected Power Automate workflows for governance tracking and reminders. 5. Develop digital learning content for selected DFSV governance processes. 6. Create a structured FEL Best Practices & Lessons Learnt repository. 7. Provide recommendations to improve governance reporting efficiency, data quality, and digitalisation initiatives. Preferred knowledge in: Technical Skills Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Power Automate Microsoft Excel SharePoint Microsoft Lists Power Apps (advantage) Data Analytics & Visualisation Database Management Knowledge Management Systems Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail Interest in governance, assurance, and digital transformation

Responsibilities

Support governance and assurance deliverables by developing Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows. Create digital learning content and a structured repository for FEL best practices and lessons learned.
