Description
1) Promote SmartPay adoption via cold calling initiatives - Follow up on incomplete or pending SmartPay applications 2) Assist AMs on the ground,  including: - Customer visits and promoter activities - Booths, briefings, and outreach sessions (when required) 3) Standby at office / HQ to: -Support administrative tasks -Handle walk-in or internal coordination matters 4)Update and track SmartPay application status, including: -Application submission -follow thru incomplete application -Pending KYC / activation / endorsement follow-ups -Status reporting to AM and HQ 5) Perform other tasks as assigned by AM, including ad-hoc support during peak periods (e.g. promoter programs, campaigns).
Responsibilities
The intern will promote SmartPay adoption through cold calling and assist account managers with customer visits and promoter activities. Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks and track application statuses at the office.
