Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Services/Operations Intern to support key business priorities and time-bound projects over a three-month period. Responsibilities Support LEAP Services onboarding and documentation updates through SharePoint content management and cross-functional coordination. Analyze offload and shop visit invoice data to identify differences, trends, and potential sources of variation. Analyze data using Excel or other analysis tools, as needed. Support selected aspects of day-to-day tasks. Perform assignments where accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality are important. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications Currently a university student in their 3rd or final year of study. Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Characteristics Ability to exercise sound judgment consistent with team or department guidelines. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Self-starter who is proactive and able to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to identify and prioritize issues, develop solutions, and meet deadlines. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a globally diverse environment.
