Description

During your internship, you will investigate how EU legislation has been translated into local laws, check consistency of applied approaches across different countries, and support country HR teams in their analyses. You will assist in aligning benefit data with compensation structures to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and contribute to planning and coordination efforts for timely implementation. Key Achievements End Goal: Start of the internship: 02.02.2026 Duration: 4-5 months Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement
