Join Kendo Brands paid 10-week Summer Internship. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 6th or June 23rd to August 27th. For Summer 2026, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday.      SUMMARY     The Global Brand Management, Fenty Skin intern will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the team. In addition, you will be responsible for leading an individual project that will be presented to Senior Leadership at the end of the summer.       RESPONSIBILITIES     * Support the Fenty Skin Global Brand Management Team contributing strategic ideas to product innovation, consumer insights, and overall product strategies.   * Core responsibilities will include acting as key owner of competitive analysis to develop meaningful insights, contributing to brand presentations, and executing an individual internship project.  * Contribute to brand presentations and execute an individual internship project.  * Day-to-day activities will include attending some cross-functional meetings, supporting team with daily requests, store visits, parcel arrangements etc.   * Create strong partnerships with cross-functional partners through regular catch-up meetings and emails.       REQUIREMENTS    * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and market/data analysis.  * Rising junior, senior, or 2026 graduate of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months.  * Creative, team player with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage details and projects.  * Problem solver with sense of curiosity; able to work independently to produce quality results.  * Passion for beauty and skin care, with an understanding of new products, trends, and consumer behavior.  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Responsibilities
The intern will support the Fenty Skin Global Brand Management Team by contributing strategic ideas and leading an individual project to be presented to Senior Leadership. Daily activities include competitive analysis, brand presentations, and cross-functional meetings.
