Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review digital platforms’ journey health assessment through collation of key journeys and screens
  • Preparation of competitor landscape for digital apply/transact/service platforms through online research and mystery shopping
  • Review of customers’ feedback reports for analysis and proposals on areas for improvement
  • Collation and preparation of business metrics and relevant data points for product channels team’s data management strategy
  • Compilation of data pertaining to the squad’s operating cadence for management review
