WHAT YOU DO

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the planning and execution of key events and programmes that reinforce the OCBC employer brand
• Assist in marketing and branding of events and programmes, including preparing eDMs, photography, and social media content creation
• Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in talent management, and provide recommendations for implementation
• Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and other materials to support talent management initiatives

This role will provide you with:

• Learn about talent management programmes, managing talent experience to reinforce the OCBC employer brand
• Learn about the latest leadership and HR trends, and how to apply them in a practical wa
