Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the property management team in the day-to-day operations of the building(s)
  • Routine inspection of the premise, facilities, plant & equipment
  • Implement preventive and reactive maintenance programs for building engineering services systems
  • Management of soft services e.g. cleaning, pest control, security, customer services etc
  • Tenant management
  • Events logistics management and coordination
  • Contract and finance administration
  • Minor works projects, repairs & maintenance activities

This role will provide you with:

  • To be exposed to and learn about building property management and facilities management
  • Hands-on experience with building operations, which includes engineering systems management, security, workplace health & safety, customer service, projects, contracts & finance administration etc
