As an intern in Functional Planning, you will: Contribute to strategic initiatives such as long-range planning, Group and business ambitions - translating them into actionable functional plans. Support the GREW strategic roadmap by embedding plans, tracking milestones, and helping define SMART OKRs. Coordinate projects across workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making. Contribute to business cases, investment proposals, and operational improvements, linking strategic intent to practical implementation. Key Achievements By the end of your internship, you will have: Defined, documented, and begun to take ownership of the Functional Planning Lead role within GREW, turning strategic decisions into tangible initiatives. Gained hands-on experience in strategic planning and execution within a leading global organization.
