Position Overview The HMI CS Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting customer service operations through data analysis, reporting, coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role ensures operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of logistics and departmental activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze operational and customer service data Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making Develop and maintain BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards and performance metrics Monitor KPIs such as service level, response time, and shipment performance Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency 2. Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Prepare structured BI reports using internal tools or platforms Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports Support management with data visualization and trend analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements 3. Meeting Coordination & Hosting Organize and host internal and cross-functional meetings Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment 4. Logistics & Shipping Coordination Track and coordinate shipment status and delivery schedules Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams Handle shipping documentation and issue resolution Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services 5. Department Activities & Coordination Support planning and execution of departmental activities and projects Assist in process improvement initiatives Coordinate team events, training sessions, or internal programs Provide administrative and operational support to the CS team 6. Excel & Data Management Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) Maintain structured datasets and ensure data integrity Automate routine reporting processes when possible 7.
