Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for an INTERNSHIP in HR - Culture and Communications to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our Human Resources department, with a particular focus on communication and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, and will be involved in various projects, including recognition and corporate well-being programs, as well as activities involving the entire team.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The start date is expected for May.

Responsibilities
  • Create and present slides for corporate events, recognitions, and engagement activities (e.g., Employee of the Month, birthday celebrations, internal corporate communications).
  • Manage corporate engagement events/programs with the aim of increasing employee engagement.
  • Plan activities and initiatives that promote active employee participation and strengthen the sense of belonging to the company.
  • Support the creation of visual materials for corporate well-being initiatives, including health programs and other team-building activities.
  • Support internal communication regarding engagement and well-being initiatives, keeping employees informed and involved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to organize corporate events and team engagement activities.
  • Support the management of the company’s LinkedIn HR channel by posting content
