Job Description We are recruiting an HR Officer Intern to manage a scope of nearly 600 employees. Reporting to the Senior HRBP and attached to the Group HR Director, you will act as an operational and strategic partner to Managing Directors and managers, focusing on three core missions: recruitment, HR administration, and HR development. You will work closely with the centers of expertise (Learning & Development, HR Administration & Payroll, Legal & Labor Affairs). More specifically, you will be involved in the following missions: Recruitment Participate in the full recruitment process across various roles: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing, organizing interviews, and administrative follow-up. Ensure the administrative onboarding of new employees: preparing files, HR integration, tracking new hires. Contribute to promoting the employer brand and to candidate engagement. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and managers to identify and attract top talent. HR Administration Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reporting of all kinds (absenteeism, payroll costs, turnover, gender equality index tracking, etc.). Ensure the quality and reliability of HR data in compliance with internal processes and regulations. Prepare and organize meetings of Employee Representative Bodies (CSE): drafting agendas, compiling required documents and presentations, writing administrative materials. Support employees and managers on administrative questions: employment contracts, individual files, certificates, leave/absence management, health insurance and benefits, tracking arrivals and departures. HR Development Play an active role in organizing and monitoring annual performance reviews and People Reviews, coordinating the running and follow-up of end-of-assignment reviews, professional development reviews, and exit interviews. Contribute to the implementation of the training plan in coordination with HR stakeholders and the business. Support the development of employee career paths, identify HR needs and initiatives (internal mobility, skills management, cross-functional projects related to talent development). Take initiative and contribute to various HR projects driving continuous improvement of HR practices and tools within the scope. Qualifications You are pursuing a Master's-level degree (Bac+4/5) at a University, Business School, or IAE, with a specialization in Human Resources. You are looking for your end-of-studies internship, 6 months or longer. You enjoy working in a team, in a collaborative and co-creative spirit, to shape the future of HR together with all stakeholders across the company, in a stimulating and forward-thinking ecosystem where people and technology coexist to define best practices. You want to gain your first experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic, challenging, and transforming environment.
