Description:

INTERNSHIP: HR & RECRUITMENT

Ready to try your hand at recruitment and take responsibility for an entire recruitment process? If so, we have the perfect internship for you, where you get the chance to be part of a growing international IT company!

JOIN AN INTERNATIONAL, DEDICATED, AND COLLABORATIVE TEAM

We are looking for a skilled and committed Intern for our People Attraction team, which comprises 14 dedicated and helpful recruitment specialists in Aarhus, Denmark, and in Bucharest, Romania. We are looking for an Intern who, through close cooperation, wants to learn about our HR responsibilities and related challenges.
From day one, you will become an integrated part of the team and take part in performing our tasks. To support your integration, you will receive ongoing sparring in a close mentorship to ensure your continual development during your internship.

RECRUITMENT FROM A TO Z

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be in charge of recruiting between 20-30 Interns and Student Workers, making this a fantastic opportunity for you to try your hand at proper recruitment – from creating job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and selecting the candidates. In addition, your key tasks will include:

  • engaging in stakeholder management, including close cooperation with Project Managers across all of our business units.
  • proofreading, copywriting and publishing job descriptions and job postings.
  • administering various job banks, including Systematic’s website, LinkedIn and Jobindex.
  • supporting the Employer Branding team at job fairs and other initiatives.
  • providing support to the recruitment team both in Denmark and internationally by way of exciting ad hoc tasks.

In connection with the internship, our new colleague will get the opportunity to start before time as a student worker, as this will give the future intern the best possible preconditions for the tasks to come.

AN OUTGOING PEOPLE PERSON

We are looking for a new colleague who is currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within communication, HRM or similar and who takes a keen interest in recruitment. At the same time, we also envisage that you:

  • are able to work independently and structure your working day in line with our corporate philosophy of ‘freedom with responsibility’.
  • speak and write Danish fluently and have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • have previous experience with recruitment and/or HR tasks and are interested in data-driven HR, although this is not a requirement.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

Responsibilities:

  • engaging in stakeholder management, including close cooperation with Project Managers across all of our business units.
  • proofreading, copywriting and publishing job descriptions and job postings.
  • administering various job banks, including Systematic’s website, LinkedIn and Jobindex.
  • supporting the Employer Branding team at job fairs and other initiatives.
  • providing support to the recruitment team both in Denmark and internationally by way of exciting ad hoc tasks
