Are you curious about how recruitment works in practice and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? Join our People Attraction team as an intern and contribute to recruiting the next generation of interns and student workers. This is a unique opportunity to engage in the full recruitment process – from job postings to final interviews.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We envisage that you are currently pursuing a relevant degree, such as Business Language and International Business Communication, a Bachelor in Administration, or a similar field – and that you are curious about recruitment and Human Resources.

You are likely to thrive in this role if you:

  • Can work independently and structure your day in accordance with our philosophy of freedom with responsibility
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Speak and write Danish fluently and are comfortable communicating in English
  • Are personable and approachable, able to build positive connections with candidates, managers, and colleagues
  • Have a proactive mindset, taking initiative in tasks such as sourcing, posting, and follow-ups

The internship is a full-time position lasting five months, commencing on 2 February 2026. The position is unpaid; however, if permitted by your academic programme, you will receive a monthly token of appreciation during your internship.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have resided in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
