Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026 Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Detail-oriented, able to assist with accurate documentation and processes under guidance Organized, with the willingness to support multiple tasks while learning effective time management techniques Curious and proactive, eager to identify challenges and suggest ideas for improvement under supervision Team-oriented, able to work in a collaborative environment and build professional relationships Adaptable, flexible to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment Genuinely interested in human resources, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
