Your Role:
As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master Intern, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical execution and agile project management for our operations team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate agile processes, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure sprint objectives are met and deliverables are on track
  • Coach team members on agile principles, methodologies, and best practices to foster continuous improvement
  • Identify and address obstacles impeding workflow efficiency
  • Manage project workflows to enable the team to focus on technical strategy and execution
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance team collaboration and productivity
  • Collaborate on a Master’s thesis project (if aligned with your academic goals)
