Job Description About the Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Communication & Media Intern to support our internal and external communication initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, branding, social media management, and corporate communication activities within Bosch Malaysia. Key Responsibilities Communication & Campaign Support Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external communication campaigns. Support the preparation of communication materials, presentations, and reports for various stakeholders. Social Media & Content Creation Support the creation, editing, and publishing of social media content across Bosch Malaysia’s platforms. Assist in brainstorming content ideas aligned with communication strategy and brand guidelines. Help monitor social media activities and compile performance reports when required. Project & Event Support Provide support in organizing corporate projects and events, including branding activities, CSR projects, and communication initiatives. Participate in Bosch Malaysia’s communication campaigns such as One Bosch Branding, CSR programs, and content wave projects. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support Assist with departmental administrative tasks when needed. Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Communications team. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Media, Graphic Design, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, or related disciplines. Basic skills in design or media tools. Experience with Photoshop or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage. Strong interest in content creation, branding, and communication. Good command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
