Job Description We are looking for an intern in the field of data science and machine learning with a keen interest in production related topics and/or computer vision. As an intern, you will play a key role in shaping the future of computer-vision technology for quality control in production, work closely with our motivated team and benefit from regular exchanges. Join us in shaping new technologies and products! During your internship, you will work within digitalization department and production teams at Bosch to advance machine-learning-based anomaly detection algorithms for quality assessment in series production. You will actively support the team in understanding the data and identifying research directions. Furthermore, you will evaluate deep-learning methods using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to identify suitable AI solutions for in-line deployment. Finally, you will build prototypes to test and demonstrate research ideas with team members. Qualifications Education: studies in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics or comparable with (very) good grades Experience and Knowledge: good knowledge and practical experience in programming languages/frameworks like Python, PyTorch, SQL and Data Visualization Personality and Working Practice: you are highly motivated to learn new knowledge and make an impact; you handle complex tasks independently as well you communicate clearly and effectively Work Routine: office attendance required, mobile working partly possible Languages: fluent in English, basic in German Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
