YOUR SKILLS

  • Studying/studied business administration or psychology or social sciences, or law at WO/HBO University
  • Previous experiences in HR are a plus, but not a must
  • Excellent level of English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are open minded, easy to connect with, hands on, eager to structure and optimize processes, creative, analytical … and you have a true passion for HR.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting HRBPs and managing day-to-day HR admin and lifecycle related activities from onboarding to exit
  • Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners to make decisions
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., Engagement, wellbeing, DEI or other initiatives that are eager to contribute to)
  • Being an ambassador of the intern community, managing the community and driving intern engagement initiatives and events.
