During your internship, you will identify and implement improvement areas in the current internship program. You will also work on initiatives to strengthen hiring manager involvement and boost internal branding of the program, ensuring it becomes a key component of the company's talent strategy. Key Achievements End Goal: The program will not only attract top talent from HS Zuyd and Maastricht University but also keep them engaged throughout the internship and beyond, supporting long-term talent pipelines and potential future hires. Start of the internship: 02.02.2026 Duration: 3-5 months Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement
