In short, Bosch creates technology that is “Invented for life.” Job Description Main Responsibility: Support the profile alignment with Hiring Managers Create job post and conduct screenings Schedule interview and follow up with stakeholders Prepare offer letter Initiate employee ID creation and profile completion for onboarding documentations Support the exit process for interns, as well as any case of internship extension and shortening Provide assistance in both Learning & Development and International Assignment topics Project Involvement: International Assignment process improvement Learning & Development process improvement Qualifications Strong command of English (both in written and spoken communication) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus Detail-oriented and proactive Available for a minimum internship duration of 4 months (*please indicate your internship period in your resume*).
