The company has three manufacturing sites and research and development offices in Penang, producing automotive electronics, power tools and steering systems, and now a fourth plant with a final testing centre for sensors and semiconductors. PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities. Job Description End to End Hiring Process: Assist with various recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support the development and refinement of recruitment-related templates to enhance efficiency. Assist in ensuring a complete set of new hire documentation is gathered and submitted for HRS data and payroll processing. Onboarding & Integration: Assist in employees onboarding program coordination with new hires and presenters from each department. HR Administration & Compliance: Assist in the processing and administration of LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri / Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) stamping for relevant documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide administrative support for various associate needs and inquiries. Employee Engagement & Events: Participate in the organization and coordination of company events, employee engagement activities, and career fait event. Qualifications Currently a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Arts, Commerce, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Forms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Candidates must be available for a minimum duration of 4 months to 6 months (please indicate your internship duration in your resume/CV).
