Job Description About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Engagement Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, reporting, communications, and engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR administration, people analytics, employer branding, and HR digital improvement projects, while working closely with the HR team on both operational and project-based activities. HR Operations & Administration Coordinate and support employee orientation sessions, HR meetings, and workshops. Take meeting minutes, prepare notes, and follow up on action items. Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (e.g. headcount, turnover, leave trends). HR Communications & Materials Prepare HR communications, presentation decks, and meeting materials. Support internal communication initiatives and documentation. HR Projects & Engagement Support the HR department on special projects, ad-hoc functions, and HR events (e.g. career fairs). Support planning and actively participate in the execution of yearly HR engagement initiatives, including follow-up actions. Assist in HR digital improvement projects and automation initiatives. Assist with survey preparation, administration, and basic analysis for HR initiatives. Support employer branding projects, including materials preparation and coordination. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; automation is an advantage). Digitally savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
