Job Description Tasks: Manage visa data related request Manage documents preparation related request Support any ad-hoc task given by International Assignment Update and maintain foreign workers records in HRS Support in handling FW queries in PgP1 Projects: Support in improvement project : documentation and RASIC Coordinate team project : LinkedIn Qualifications Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Business, Operation Management and related fields. Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment. Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
The intern will manage visa data requests and document preparation related requests. They will also support the handling of foreign workers queries and maintain records in the Human Resource System.
