Job Description We are looking for three (3) interns to join our Human Resources team in the following areas: 1. Recruitment (Blue-Collar Hiring) Support end-to-end recruitment activities for Blue-Collar roles. Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks and associate record management. 2. Training & Development Assist in preparing training materials and presentations. Support training scheduling and participant communication. Employee training records and attendance tracking. Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks. 3. Employee Services Assist with uniforms, welcome gifts, and birthday gifts to associates. Assist with Company Transport and Hostel audits arrangement. Support "Employee Discount Programme" Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Public Relation/Business Management or a related field. Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eager to learn and develop new skills in a corporate environment. Able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Additional Information Internship positions available for intake starting January 2026 onwards. Applicants must include the internship start and end dates in the application. Open to Local Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
Responsibilities
