This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics, contribute to daily operations, and support key projects that impact our efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities: Inbound Data Management: Gain hands-on experience by accurately keying in inbound shipping data into our Inbound Tracking System. Sample Collection Coordination: Learn operational coordination by issuing Collection Advice for sample items from SIRIM. Customs Documentation: Assist in the meticulous filing of Customs CS documents. Global Business Support: Provide essential support by furnishing Customs CS and Invoice copies to our Global Business (GB) team upon request, learning about internal stakeholder communication. Internship Project Focus: Tariff Code Update Project: Contribute to an important data accuracy project by updating the HS Codes of new SKUs into our Tariff code file. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics or related fields. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking) Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude. Additional Information Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment. Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities
