QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: studies in the field of Media and Communication Sciences, Media Management, (Digital) Marketing, Communication Management, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology (with a focus on Business, Media, or Consumer Psychology), Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: strong interest in user experience, marketing automation, and factory automation; familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms is a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: you excel at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Languages: fluent in written and spoken English

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our UX, Marketing Automation, and Factory Automation team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in user experience research, marketing automation strategies, and support for our factory automation campaign initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing our marketing resources and understanding our audience better.

  • During your internship you will support the creation and curation of resources for the UX toolkit tailored for marketing purposes.
  • You will conduct quantitative and qualitative user research in the marketing automation domain, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analyzing existing customer data.
  • Furthermore, you will develop HubSpot templates that align with user needs and customer journeys.
  • Additionally, you will assist with internal communications, including blog posts for the internal social media platform, maintenance of web pages and newsletters, researching marketing-related learning opportunities, and editing recorded Teams sessions.
  • Your responsibilities also include creating and executing social media posts related to factory automation, as well as providing support for campaign materials.
  • Finally, you will help with general assistance topics including researching images and information to support a variety of marketing initiatives.
