Stellenbeschreibung As a Student Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting our international sales operations for junior camps (Spring, Summer, and Fall programs). You will be actively involved in managing direct customer inquiries and guiding families throughout the booking journey ,from the first contact to the final confirmation. Key Responsibilities Advise customers via phone, email, and online chat on destinations, camp options, suitable programs, activities, excursions, transfers, and insurance Manage and nurture your pipeline of leads and sales opportunities Organize and conduct phone consultations and follow-ups with prospective clients Prepare tailored quotations and ensure timely follow-up Send brochures and relevant promotional materials Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings Coordinate with the Summer Camps Operations team to finalize and confirm bookings This role requires strong communication skills, commercial mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
