Job Description

Your work significantly contributes to Bosch’s competitiveness, always backing up our internal customers, so they can focus on creating products and services that are invented for life.

• As part of the strategy and business development department of Bosch Global Business Services organization (internal service provider) you will actively support us with high-impact benchmarking studies, from data collection and submission to comprehensive results analysis and compelling communication to division stakeholders.
• You will automate data analyses and prepare management-oriented visualizations in Power BI.
• Furthermore, you will collaborate in the development of new services, including performing trend and market analyses.
• Finally, you will get insights into our day-to-day work, learn how to set up decision papers for the division management and support us in ad-hoc topics within the strategy and new business field.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; knowledge in Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is beneficial
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at communicating, are highly motivated, work independently with strong analytical skills, and maintain a structured approach to tasks and projects
• Enthusiasm: interest in the Global Business Services industry and collaboration with diverse, international teams
• Languages: fluent in written and spoken business English, German is a plus

  Start: according to prior agreement (ideally from January 2026)
  Duration: 6 months
