Responsibilities You will be working with our experienced colleagues who will help you with each step. With their guidance you will learn how to perform the following duties independently: Training Coordination: Send invitations, track attendance, and follow up using Outlook. Maintain training trackers and reports in Excel, using formulas and filters. Support reporting for mandatory trainings (e.g., English courses, compliance sessions). Check and organize documentation related to trainings (e.g., contracts, attendance sheets). Participate in internal meetings to align on upcoming training and talent initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain constant communication with the Talent Management Representative in France. Liaise with external training providers to confirm logistics and materials. Coordinate with internal teams such as Reception, General Services, and third-party trainers. Logistics & Support: Book training rooms in France and arrange necessary resources (e.g., parking, materials). Ensure smooth execution of training sessions by managing all logistical aspects. Qualifications Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Basic MS Office and Outlook skills Attention to details and ability to focus Good communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources
