ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an intern to join either our Utility & Solvents or Drug Substance department during the fall of 2025, depending on your background and interests. Both teams support a wide portfolio of pharma projects and play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle from early design to production ramp-up. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in real projects and gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Utility & Solvents works with designing the utility systems that support pharmaceutical production. These include:
As an intern in Utility & Solvents, you’ll help design and specify utility equipment, work with PFDs and P&IDs, and support related disciplines such as HVAC, EHS, and 3D model coordination. You’ll also get experience with procurement, risk assessments, and troubleshooting.

An an intern in Drug Substance you’ll also be introduced to advanced topics such as single-use technology, containment design, process risk assessments, and layout and capacity planning — all as part of designing efficient, safe, and compliant facilities.
