(Japan) we provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs, including sales of domestically manufactured and imported machines for the Japanese pharmaceutical and food markets, as well as packaging materials, validation, and comprehensive services. Our plant is located in Saitama (~50min train ride from Tokyo) with around 100 passionate colleagues. Job Description We are searching for a committed, motivated sales intern to join our international sales team (SAT-APA). The sales intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, updating and maintaining CRM & SPOT data systems, assisting to prepare various sale & marketing materials, support sample testing activities, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction but also work unsupervised when required. It takes time to become a full-fledged technical sales professional. With the time coming for a generational change in the future, we need to develop young talent from the current generation. We hope that this will ultimately lead to a permanent employee. Sales Intern Responsibilities: -Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks. -Assisting to maintain CRM & SPOT data systems. -Assisting to prepare sales & marketing materials. -Assisting to sample test activities -Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions. -Keeping a log of everything learned and reporting to responsible staff or Manager.
