Managing incident and service order tickets. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Involves managing incident and service order tickets while also handling user management tasks, such as security and access control. Performing internal control monitoring by conducting checks on applications, systems, and operational tasks. Creating system and application documentation, including training materials, to support users effectively. Involves programming and troubleshooting tasks for eArchive solutions, including root cause analysis and providing fixes or workarounds for operational issues with support from other developers. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
