As an IT intern at YourSurprise, you will be a full-fledged member of our IT team, which consists of around 30 people with expertise in software development, data science, hardware, IT systems, testing, and more. While the team is primarily Dutch-speaking, we do have several international colleagues.
You will be placed on our IT Support team, which is responsible for all laptops, PCs, phones, and other related equipment. This includes system administration, managing the internal network, and handling employee onboarding and offboarding. Our team’s goal is to ensure that every system at YourSurprise runs as smoothly as possible and that our colleagues have the best tools to do their jobs. Our work is incredibly varied and takes place all over the campus, so no two days are the same. Since we handle the IT side of onboarding, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces new employees meet.
