JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
• Provide customer-centric, hands-on support for SIG’s employees
• Expected to be present at the SIG office in person for three days a week
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• General knowledge of Apple devices
• Basic understanding of Network Management
• Proactive mindset
