Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive products, and analyze the data to provide insights for sales strategies
  • Manage customer interactions and support relationships through communication and problem-solving
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and individual customer promotion offers
  • Analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement, recommending actionable strategies
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and understanding of the industry
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align sales activities with business objectives and contribute to integrated campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and compile market research findings into reports and presentations for stakeholders
