Description

INTERNSHIP - LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

Are you dreaming of working with legal and compliance tasks at an international level, and eager to gain hands-on experience within your field of study? If so, we have the ideal internship opportunity for you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We envisage that you are currently studying law or a similar programme at MSc level, with a strong interest in regulatory compliance, GDPR, and cybersecurity. Equally important is your motivation to learn and your readiness to contribute.

You are likely to thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy variety and can manage changing tasks and deadlines
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, as you will be in contact with colleagues across the organisation
  • Are fluent in Danish and comfortable using English, both spoken and written (our corporate language is English)
  • Have knowledge of GDPR – and if you are also familiar with NIS2 or the AI Act, that would be an advantage.

The internship is a full-time position lasting five months, commencing on 2 February 2026. However, we are flexible when it comes to working hours and will match your ECTS requirements. The position is unpaid; but, if permitted by your academic programme, you will receive a monthly token of appreciation during your internship.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and preparing comments on data processing agreements

  • Supporting GDPR compliance activities, including managing sub-processor chains, drafting legal notices, and coordinating annual compliance tasks
  • Assisting with data processor audits, training materials, and regulatory updates
  • Providing ad hoc support related to cybersecurity and legal matters
  • Undertaking various other tasks within Legal & Compliance

You are likely to thrive in this role if you:
