Job Details Job Location: Headquarters Erie PA - Erie, PA 16501 Position Type: Internship Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Legal Admin As part of our 2026 Internship Program, we are excited to offer opportunities for highly motivated college students to gain hands-on experience and professional development in our Legal Department. Internships will run from May-August, 2026. Applications will be reviewed in January. Internship Summary: The Legal Team Intern will work closely with our General Counsel to gain experience in corporate and international law. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain direct mentorship and valuable exposure to legal operations within a global logistics organization. Responsibilities: Assisting with contract review, editing, and organization. Conducting research on transportation laws, labor regulations, and international trade compliance. Supporting the preparation of documentation related to claims, disputes, and contract negotiations. Updating legal files and ensuring document accuracy within company systems. Collaborating with the Legal Team and General Counsel to review current processes and suggest improvements. Monitoring and analyzing regulatory updates that impact supply chain and logistics operations. Qualifications Qualifications/Skills: Pursuing a degree in Pre-Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in corporate law, compliance, or the transportation and logistics industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Responsibilities
The Legal Team Intern will assist with contract review, conduct research on relevant laws, and support documentation preparation related to claims and disputes. The intern will also collaborate with the Legal Team to suggest process improvements and monitor regulatory updates.
