You will be primarily responsible for supporting back office operations and ensuring quality customer care for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia (ALIM). You'll be responsible for: To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails. To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial request from customer . To assist in processing non-financial endorsement. To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity. Important to your success: Candidates must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant fields of studies Applicant must be willingly to work in ALIM Klang Branch. Minimum 3 months’ internship period. Preferably to commence in August 2025 onwards. A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
