No-Code / Low-Code Developer (50%) Develop and deploy business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, OutSystems, etc.). Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and help teams make data-driven decisions. Design custom workflows, business logic, and automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. In-house development of bots for operation usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and create low-code applications. Integrate Python scripts and APIs to extend the functionality of Power Platform tools. Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth operation and performance. 2. BD Office Admin & Helpdesk (50%) Daily perform inventory management of IT's equipment. Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring they are functioning properly. Manage EDMT inventory and asset allocation as requested. Respond to asset request & service desk tickets and provide timely, clear, and professional assistance to end-users. Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system. Assist with account management, including password resets, user access, and system permissions. Provide first-line technical support for internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, network connectivity, and peripheral devices. Administration assistant for BD team Qualifications Entitled as full-time student major in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Security, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis/... during internship period No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other low-code developer skill. Ability to design and implement low-code solutions to automate workflows and business processes. Knowledge of other low-code platforms, automation tools is a plus. Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or other IT support frameworks. Basic knowledge of database management and API integrations, data analysis skills and Python. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely resolution to IT issues. Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise instructions to end-users. Patience & empathy, curiosity and continuous learning. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
