Internship (m/w/d) im Bereich Digital Marketing YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Join Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland as a Digital Marketing Intern (m/f/d). Duration: 08–12 months, part-time (60% to 80%), where you will play a crucial role in executing the digital agenda for all our brands. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and engaging in diverse projects that enhance your skills and professional growth. KEY TASKS: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing the digital agenda for all Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland brands; Manage projects related to updating website content across all relevant Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland websites, including minor content updates; Monitor and enhance SEO metrics (KPIs); Assist in localizing global brand content by adapting content and design assets to local market requirements and providing assets in required formats for online advertising materials and e-content toolkits; Support campaign management (SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, etc.); Create reports and conduct data analysis on website and campaign KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Tableau; Observe digital trends and handle additional ad-hoc tasks; Contribute to the creation and distribution of newsletters. WHO YOU ARE: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field; High willingness to learn, well-organized, self-driven, with a quick grasp of new concepts; Passionate about digital communication and innovations; Basic knowledge of the digital environment; practical experience is advantageous but not required; Basic project management skills, preferably in the digital domain; Solution-oriented and analytical thinker; Strong organizational skills and confident in interpersonal interactions; Strong conceptual skills and clear communication; Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
