Description

Job Scope – IT / Computer Science Interns (AIMD) 1. System Development & Enhancement Assist in developing and improving AIMD digital systems (e.g., VISTA, CORE, AATLAS modules). Support backend and frontend development using low‑code platforms such as OutSystems. Maintain and update workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within AIMD applications. 2. Database & Workflow Management Perform data structuring, cleaning, and validation for inspection coordination systems. Optimize database performance, reduce redundancy, and support data consistency across modules. 3. Automation & Process Digitization Contribute to automation initiatives (e.g., auto‑processing of completed inspection emails). Assist in converting manual workflows into streamlined digital processes. 4. Testing, Debugging & Quality Assurance Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality of AIMD apps. Document bugs and recommend enhancements for system reliability. 5. Documentation & User Support Prepare technical documentation such as user guides, module descriptions, and workflow diagrams. Assist AIMD engineers and users with system-related inquiries and support. 6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with MCI, Inspection, and Engineering teams to understand system requirements and translate operational needs into digital solutions. Participate in meetings or briefings related to AIMD’s digital transformation roadmap (e.g., VISTA briefings).
