Nutricia Worldwide, a dynamic division of the Danone group, offers an exciting internship opportunity for a proactive and ambitious student enrolled in a Dutch university. As a Marketing Intern for the local regional brands in CIS and Balkans regions, you will immerse yourself in brand management within a global FMCG context.
In this internship, you will focus mainly on the Bebelac and Malyutka brands, playing a key role in its operations within the Serbian and Uzbekistan markets. Under the guidance of Farida Ali Zada, Regional Brand Manager for CIS, and in collaboration with Liliia Usova, Senior Brand Manager for Balkans, CIS and Israel, you will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
  • Ideally available to start in September/October 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Russian is considered as a plus;
  • You are able to work from our Rijswijk office, at least 2 days per week
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, tracking and reporting for the local regional brands in the representative regions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new communication strategies, scoping for additional activation opportunities, innovative formats and packaging options.
  • Provide support for Brand Managers (BMs) and the cross-functional Country Acceleration Team (CAT).
  • Create and present an end-of-internship project, highlighting your contributions and proposing future growth strategies for local regional brands in CIS and Balkans markets.

    About you
    You are enrolled as a student in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field. Working with data and insights will come naturally to you. You’re enrolled in a Dutch university, fluent in English, and confident using PowerPoint and Excel to bring ideas to life. You combine analytical strength with creativity and attention to detail. On top of that? You’re a proactive and curious team player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
