Duration: September 2025 - January 2026
Job-type: min 30 hours a week.
Compensation: EUR 350 per month, based on a 40 hours working week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or Robotics Engineering student (BSc/MSc level)
• Strong interest in structural dynamics and mechanical design.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of mechanical vibrations and dynamic systems
• Experience with CAD and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, Python)
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with hands-on prototyping and testing
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).

• Conduct research on damping systems for large, dynamic structures
• Develop conceptual designs for stabilization mechanisms and make a trade off
• Simulate system dynamics and responses
• Build and test scaled-down prototype in real-world conditions
• Present findings and document design iterations.
