ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English, written and verbal language skills are essential.
• Fluent in Italian, written and verbal language skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Domicile in Lazio region

ROLE

We are currently offering in JTB Italy srl, based in Rome, an internship experience in the MICE department.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Assist the Project Managers during the creation, planning and delivery of Incentive Travel projects for international clients coming to Italy
• Take care of the logistics operations and bookings including accommodation and all land arrangements (transports, entrances, guides, restaurants, etc)
• Continuous research on new product ideas
• Scouting of new suppliers and venues
