Starting date: February 2026 Duration: 6 months Location: Aubonne, Switzerland Role level: internship (undertkaking studies mandatory) Your role: You will lead a study on a cutting‑edge technology for cell amplification, set up experiments, and develop the method using a Design of Experiments (DoE) approach. You may have the opportunity to train technicians and support implementation of the new methodology within the production team in Grade C/D cleanroom areas (subject to training and qualification). You will also contribute to setting up scale‑down model bioreactors according to internal SOPs, routinely perform in‑process testing (IPT), and run analyses on cell culture batches. If needed, you will support process troubleshooting and investigation activities. You will present your work regularly to internal experts; opportunities to share results with the broader scientific community may arise. An agile, curious, and hands‑on mindset is essential. Your profile: Master’s or engineering student in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or a related field Strong skills in statistics and modeling tools (preferably SIMCA or Minitab) Knowledge of bioprocessing, particularly cell culture Ability to work autonomously and brainstorm within a team of experts High motivation and results‑oriented mindset Good communication skills in English (B2 min); French is highly recommended or willingness to learn
