Job Description Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product introductions. Assist in product validation, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product readiness. Analyze technical data and contribute to risk assessments and process improvements. Help coordinate pilot runs, production trials, and launch readiness reviews. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with product development processes and engineering documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
