Our purpose is to ensure seamless supply chain operations and exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive planning, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. During this internship, you will collaborate with the Medical NLD Ops Supply Chain team and coordinate/support on customer service and deployment initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting deployment planning and stock management for one or more countries
  • Using system tools to track historical cases, standardize processes, and improve data accuracy
  • Managing operational tasks such as sample requests, TTS management, and scrapping
  • Analyzing key KPIs (CFR, open orders, WO) and contributing to weekly reviews with Sales Units

About you
As a Internship Customer Experience Planning Intern, deployment planning will be second nature to you. You have outstanding analytical skills and can generate sharp comprehension through data. On top of that? You’re an organized and proactive team-player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
  • Ideally available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
  • You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least 5 days per week.
